Products
We sell frozen whole-prey feeder products intended as food for reptiles, birds of prey and other animals. Product images are illustrative; natural whole prey varies in exact size, colour and appearance. Sizes (e.g. pinkie, fuzzy, adult) are guidance categories, not exact weights.
Pricing & availability
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable charges shown at checkout. We may update prices and product availability at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Orders & dispatch
Because our products are frozen, orders are dispatched on selected days so they reach you as quickly as possible. Estimated dispatch and delivery timing is shown during checkout and communicated by email. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate, complete delivery address and contact number.
- Ensure someone is available to receive a frozen parcel on the delivery day.
- Use and store the products correctly (see each product page for storage guidance).
Intended use
Our products are sold strictly as animal feed and are not for human consumption.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
